We carefully select materials to ensure the best quality possible. Jewelry by nature is delicate and needs to be cared for appropriately. However, here are a few recommendations to ensure that your jewelry will last forever. As a general rule, avoid substances such as perfume & other chemicals when wearing jewelry, to prevent discoloration.
14k or 18k gold plated
Most of our gold plated jewelry is made with a stainless steel base. Meaning it won't tarnish and is water-resistant. Gold plated stainless steel still needs minor care, and we recommend removing it before showering or swimming to preserve its shine.
Exclusions:
- We cannot be responsible for any damage due to negligence.
- Damage caused by general wear and tear is the responsibility of the customer.
- Tarnishing or discoloration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see above care instructions.
